JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Best in class Holistic Media Planning and execution:

  • Coordinate and deliver best in class holistic online media plans for Poland’s market that leverage data and insights to target media effectively, that build brand power.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Hub to ensure media planning and execution is integrated into data driven marketing activities e.g. use of 1P,2P,3P data, search and performance marketing.

  • Work with the Performance marketing/retailer media experts to drive optimisations both on and off the retailer.

  • Coordinate and deliver content & creative part for ICNOW channels in line with brand books, performance and market best practices to maximise media impact.

  • Constantly evaluate, learn & optimize media strategy & campaigns based on key marketing and comms goals- focusing on key measurement insights to help fuel future planning decisions.
     

Drive efficiencies through rigour and relationships:

  • Work with EE Media Leader in market to support the engagement with external media owners to deliver the best value for Unilever.

  • Engage with the external media agencies and build relationships with both traditional media players and digital media owners (ex. Data partnerhips, JBPs).
     

Drive best practice and thought leadership:

  • Work closely with various cross functional disciplines (CRM/PRM, Technology/Uni-Ops, and CMI (Consumer and Market Insights) to leverage core cross functional capabilities and best practice locally.

  • Work within the PL Ice Cream team to give input into media innovation for ice cream to ensure we pioneer the future of media which can include: eg. connected TV, live streaming, social commerce, influencers, performance media, surveys.

  • Support the EE Media Lead with regular overview of Poland concerning: spends, competition, SOV, SOS, SOM, B-SMART media channels etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:


Media strategy & planning; omnichannel experience design; digital commerce; digital curiosity; strategic partnership; media targeting buying and testing; audience analytics and segmentations, negotiation.
 

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of media and brand communication landscape.

  • At least 5 years of experience in holistic brand communication management at a large brand or, cross-brand leadership experience at an agency.

  • Must have: proven experience in data-driven marketing and performance/e-commerce – quick commerce/food delivery will be an advantage.

  • Advertising/Media budget management experience.

  • Experience in media agency management in support of delivering media plans, activities, and creatives that deliver business goals.

  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

  • Exposure to disciplines such as CRM, DDM, Mar-Tech, and Ad-Tech platform management.

  • Fluency in English and Polish.
