We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

The CD Manager - IH plays a crucial role in executing the global customer strategy. This position involves assisting in the resolution of commercial challenges, optimizing technology deployment, and enhancing team capabilities.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Support the CD Director – IH in all the key activities and focus areas across markets to land business requirements and build excellence within the IC CD function.  Land solutions to commercial challenges, optimize processes to enhance customer experience and support growth and development of the broader team.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE/THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR

SKILLS:

• Familiarity with tech solutions; good AI mastery and database knowledge

• Service-oriented approach

• Good negotiation skills

• Proven solution-oriented mindset

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Project Management

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:    

• 2y+ of CD experience, ideally you are graduated or are graduating from the UFLP program

• CSP experience preferred

• Experience in teams at both local and regional/global level

• Cross-functional or cross-team work experience

You have high accountability and strive for excellence around your own deliverables, with a great understanding on the wider business cotext. You take a role in creating an inclusive and engaging climate around you.
