ICBM Futures - Sr Electrical Engineer

Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Electrical Engineer for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and other aerospace system development, acquisition, operations, and sustainment efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to support the US Air and Space Forces' acquisition and integration of next-generation technologies and capabilities. You will be part of a tight-knit team charged with supporting the development and acquisition of Sentinel Advanced Planning projects to include hardware development, experimental flight test, nuclear hardness and survivability, and future technology insertion for ICBM weapon systems. Specifically, you will directly support the Sentinel Advanced Planning Branch Program Manager in acquiring and integrating new technologies for the next generation ICBM. You will assist the government customer in the review and assessment of the design, documentation, architectures, and MBSE products to meet acquisition requirements and timelines.
This electrical engineer will work with a highly skilled team providing engineering support for the next-generation ICBM, the LGM-35A Sentinel, and includes integrating efforts across the ICBM enterprise and other DoD customers and stakeholders.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS/MS Electrical Eng., Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or Physics and 7 years of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis/development of military hardware and electronic systems., or 5 years of experience with a Masters degree.
• 2 yrs experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
• At least 3 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance with a background investigation completed within 6 years prior to hiring.

Full-Time Salary Range: $106654 - $181311

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
