JOB PURPOSE
Implement and execute the agreed brand marketing plan, in order to deliver the brand and category results.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Market understanding and reporting

Prepare share analysis per brand as agreed with Category Manager and recommend actions

Analyze local market development and trends
Competitor activities understanding
-
Monitor and assess competitor moves
-
Propose relevant brand actions to ensure sustainable and competitive growth for the responsible brand
-
Launch/activations management
-
Implement agreed launches/relaunches plan, on allocated brands
-
Adaptation of the plans following brand guidelines
-
Get legal and regulatory confirmation for the mix elements of the launches/relaunches plan
-
Manage relationships with the ATL and BTL agencies involved in the brand activities

Input to regional team
-
Provide input to/request support and input from regional brand teams
-
Support Brand manager in the creation/adaptation of all media materials for responsible brands

Input to the digital media plans for responsible brands
-
Monitor, report and use the agreed brand budget on responsible brands
-
Help manage the advertising and consumer budgets allocated and make all the necessary inputs into the system according to the existent way of working

Input into product artwork development/ approval process

Input in the system all the expenses in time, so that the planned activities can be implemented smoothly

Prepare presentations as required by the Brand/Category Manager, regional and/or local team
Job Requirements:

Experience in creating engaging and unique change and adoption methods that appeal to a wide audience

Experience in successfully creating and implementing Change programs

Working as part of a virtual team, using a variety of technology

Experience in project management and working across a portfolio of projects to drive adoption

Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.

English proficiency, understanding one of the local East European languages is preferred.

Experience with (interactive) change channels inc. digital.

Experience with key change processes, roles, and responsibilities
