Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of IBM i (AS400) technical support or operator experience.
- Experience with MIMIX and BRMS (Backup, Recovery, and Media Services) preferred.
- High level of customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Assist with system administration and release updates.
- Set up and monitor backups.
- Install PTFs, fixes, and security patches.
- Perform system restores and disaster testing.
- Handle some help desk tasks.
- Troubleshoot system problems.
- Work as a member of a support team and individually.
- Work is primarily performed from our office, with occasional onsite work at client locations.
- Familiarity with Virtual Tape Library (VTL) and flash storage.
- Full-time position with regular business hours, along with occasional prescheduled after-hours work and the ability to work night shifts to coordinate with the teams.

The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.

The best ideas often come from face-to-face interactions! Our flexible work model includes three office days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, plus one) and two remote days. We'll specify which roles are eligible for remote work based on responsibilities.
