About the role

We are looking for a talented IAM Access Engineer with deep expertise in Okta to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing access control solutions to ensure secure and efficient user access across our organization. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance our IAM practices and improve user experience while maintaining robust security measures. 

Role Responsibilities

• Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring compliance with secuirty policies

• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure high availability and performance

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM processess, recommendting improvements as needed.

• Document IAM processes, configurations, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance

• Collabrate with cross functional teams to define acess control policies and role-based access strategies

Why you? 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 9+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Okta.

• Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, and identity federation concepts.

• Experience with user provisioning systems and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Familiarity with API integrations and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Okta Certified Administrator or similar certification.

• Experience with other IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Sailpoint ISC, CyberArk).

• Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GXP) and their implications for IAM.
