Strong analytical and interpersonal skills who will thrive in a flexible, dynamic and demanding work environment. Hard skills shall include commercial and client oriented/centric, analyse activity and operational processes and some technical background on product specifics. The role includes supporting collaborate with different teams (global & local) like busines, BO & IT. Supports customer queries and acts as asingle point of contact, liaising closely with internal stakeholders to get the best outcome for the client. Ensures a confidence state with customers that drives in a better Santander client´s perception
