Job Description
- Define Channel long term and short term Strategy that guarantee company superiority Vs competitors (Quarterly)
- Set annual channel Goals and objectives to achieve company sales target (Annually)
- Define Service package (MSL/MDL) Support provided per customer to increase market share and ensure the products in display (Monthly)
- Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with Key customers (Annualy)
- Conduct quarterly review with Top management at Key customers to be on track with the signed contracts (Quarterly)
- Present monthly business review to company top management with action plans to achieve department goals & objectives (Monthly)
- Liaise with Product lines and Trade marketing operations for Activity Calendar for top customers in order to increase sales (Annually – before any activity)
- Manage budget effectively (Spend less and make more) required and ensure not to exceed its limits (Monthly)
- Familiarize Channel Market dynamics …its changes and its effect on channel growth, investment required in order to find new opportunities and increase sales (Weekly)
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve KPI’s targets and objectives (daily)
- Create a second generation that can take charge in any channel to have a succession plan. (6 month)
- Analyze and ensure targets are driven by SOM by family
- Define KPI’s and its weight of incentive scheme that correlate overall objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of any related field
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in sales (Key Account) of which 3 years in a managerial position
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of direct marketing sales and services, and the ability to provide an integrated solution to prospects and customers
- Ability to understand and deal with financial figures
- Demonstrated Leadership & Strategic Thinking capability
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Business Judgment ability
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Result oriented, high level of energy and accuracy.
