The Hybrid Healthcare Representative will be responsible for promoting and creating demand among identified specialists for the ethical products in the assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives .
Duties & Responsibilities:
- formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
- spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories
- develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs)
- develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs
- develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products
- monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities
- prepare and submit operational/admin reports
- perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
- adheres to company values and policies at all times
Qualifications Required:
- College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course
- With at least 2 years experience as PHR
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- With valid Med Rep PRC
- With valid driver's license
- Willing to travel and be assigned in Cebu with coverage to Chong Hua Hospital and or UC Medical Center or Larrazabal Group of Hospitals
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
