Main responsibilities includes:
- Providing administrative support in all HR related matters
- Being first point of contact for our employees and (store) managers by email and phone, in line with our World Class Service principles.
- Ensuring our personnel system Workday is updated
- HR administration such as contract management, legal documents, provide data to payroll
- Providing support and advice to our store managers and employees on various HR topics including terms of employment, labor law and HR policy
- Contributing to various projects together with the HR team
- Supporting HR Advisor/HR Manager with cases in the full HR spectrum
The perfect candidate has:
- Education in the field of HR or similar
- Experience with administrative work
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- In order to serve our Scandinavian stores well, it is important that you have a good command of one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and strong communication skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality or other service industry is considered a plus
- Likes a high paced environment and get energy from working towards deadlines, setting priorities and achieving goals.
- Ideally gained experience already within international HR systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar programs

Hunkemöller is looking for a passionate and ambitious HR Assistant to join our Scandinavian HR team. The position is based in our Scandinavian HQ in the Copenhagen Area (Ørestad).
As HR Assistant you are the first point of contact for HR related questions, and responsible for administrative HR tasks for our stores in Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden & Norway). You are therefore an indispensable link between the store operation and HR, and have an important and supporting role towards the (store) managers and the HR-team. As an HR Assistant you will be part of a passionate HR team for our Scandinavian stores consisting of an HR Manager and an HR Advisor.
