HR Operator is responsible to perform the administrative processing of documents specific to the Personnel domain (filing, updates, archives, information, and documentation) and handles employees’ administrative questions and claims relate to employee hire to retire.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Approve or reject, changes requested by employees for employee data (Personal address/ dependents information/ name change/ personal information/ bank accounts/ Request leave of absence/ Government IDs, passports and Visa etc..) in a timely fashion, in compliance with the rules and matching applicable quality standards;
  • Internal partners are satisfied with the service level;
  • Perform HR system actions related to employee hire, job change & termination stages;
  • Document management (collection, filing, circulation, archiving, identification, protection, retention) is compliant with the Company policy and current local regulations;
  • Information in paper or electronic format is well-structured, up-to-date, and with good quality indexation enabling quick research and document extraction;
  • Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

EXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You hold a Degree in Commerce / Management/ Finance or equivalent qualification;
  • You have minimum 01 year of relevant experience;
  • Your hands on experience in a HRIS system will be an added advantage;
  • You are Fluent in English Language;
