Responsibilities & Duties

Business Operator

  • Lead HR Shared Services Workstreams: Oversee the HR Shared Services Workstreams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to drive insights and decision-making, improving HR processes and outcomes.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment of HR services with business objectives.
  • Rigorous oversight of SLAs/Service Agreements at upstream and downstream levels to ensure efficient process delivery
  • Global HR System Implementation: Drive the implementation and optimization of global HR systems, platforms and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
  • Global Improvement Projects: Identify and lead global improvement projects to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure HR processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and governance standards.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the HR Shared Services team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

People Developer

  • Assist in recruitment efforts by ensuring right fitment of candidate with the job descriptions
  • Clarity on job expectations and changes to the team members in a precise and timely manner
  • Assist in the creation of and clear communication on KRAs (Definition, Description, Measurement) using SMART principles
  • Use Capabilities Development as a Framework to align development needs of the team with career expectations and progression and succession planning
  • Assignment of learning & training opportunities to the team members and evaluation of enhancement of skillsets/competencies
  • Ensure collection, review and sharing of performance feedback at regular intervals to foster the culture of continuous skillsets/competencies development
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the team members to align the performance and potential axis
  • Provide communication regarding job expectations and changes
  • Ensure timely and adequate recognition provided to the team
  • Promote Collaboration and Provide Project Support

Value Creator

  • Provide insight and guidance on opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in the projects to continuously improve and improvise Service Delivery
  • Six Sigma Projects: Lead and manage Six Sigma Best Practices Sharing to enhance process efficiency and quality within HR operations.
  • Lead the projects to improve productivity and reduce the costs
  • Provide a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment
  • Ensure confidentiality of Human Resources related information and data
  • Maintain knowledge of and apply company safety, labor, and ethics policies
  • Communicate safety, compliance, and ethics requirements to applicable team members
  • Identify and resolve and/or report potential safety, security, and labor issues

Experience

Minimum of 12-15+ years of experience in Global HR Shared Services, with a focus on HR Employee Lifecycle processes, data analytics, Six Sigma projects, global stakeholder management, and HR system implementation.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Masters/Post Graduate certificate/diploma in HR Management (Preferred)

Professional Requirements

  • Hands on experience working in large scale ERP (Workday, SAP), Master Data/HCM; Case Management Tool (ServiceNow Preferred, SalesForce)
  • Experience in managing teams in a Shared Services/Client Services setup with relevant experience in customer interaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and influence global stakeholders
  • Passionate for delivering world-class customer service with focused approach and responsiveness to the customer needs
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies
  • Project management expertise
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily and maintain confidentiality in a mature and nonjudgmental manner
