Job Description
As an integral part of the Human Resources Department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our internship program at Robert Bosch and Bosch Home Comfort in Belgium. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Process Management: Take charge of the recruitment process for all internship positions, from updating job descriptions to actively managing candidate outreach and screening.
- Intern Support: Act as the HR Business Partner for our interns, maintaining communication with them and their mentors while addressing any HR-related inquiries.
- Small HR Projects: Get involved in soft HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience across the company.
- Administrative Excellence: Assist our compensation and benefits coordinators with HR management and payroll topics, while also supporting the team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For:
- You are currently a student in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources related fields.
- Ideally, you have gained some practical experience and are confident in working with MS Office.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively under tight deadlines.
- As a self-starter, you are entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously, always eager to find solutions.
- You are stress-resistant and flexible, adapting to the dynamic needs of the team.
- Fluency in English is essential, and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or German is highly valued.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1056,00/month.
If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.
In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
