SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Human Resources Generalist that will assist us in our mission by managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring that our team members are supported every step of the way. From onboarding new hires to providing essential HR support and contributing to employee engagement, you’ll be a key player in shaping the Aeroseal workplace culture.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HR technology (HRIS, ATS). Experience with Breezy HR and/or ADP is a bonus!
  • Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Seamless Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process by guiding new hires through everything they need, from background checks to benefits enrollment, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and excited about their new role.
  • HR Administration: Administer and manage Aeroseal’s internal policies and processes—everything from employee leave (medical, parental, FMLA) to employment verifications, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Employee Advocate: Be the go-to person for employees, providing quick responses to their questions and concerns about benefits, policies, and procedures. Work toward fostering a positive work environment by enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure we’re on top of mandatory and non-mandatory training, certifications, and continuing education, including safety, anti-harassment, and professional development programs.
  • Supportive HR: Work alongside the HR team to assist with day-to-day HR tasks and contribute to larger organizational projects that help create a thriving company culture.
  • Recruiting Partner: Collaborate with the recruiting team to help source top talent, conduct reference checks, manage offer letters, and assist with other recruitment functions.

The estimated pay range for this role is $60,000-$80,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
