Location: Chicago, IL

Salary range : $ 60.000 - $80.000
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in cultivating a thriving company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and leading efficient recruitment processes. If you're passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute engaging employee events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent.
  • Training & Development: Partner with the HR Director to design and deliver impactful training and learning opportunities.
  • Compliance & Administration: Maintain precise HR records, ensuring all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including Illinois employment laws.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding processes.


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Hands-on experience with HRIS (Paycor, Workday, ADP, or BambooHR).
    • Familiarity with ATS (Jobvite, Greenhouse, Zoho or similar).
    • Knowledge of LMS to support employee development programs.
    • Strong grasp of U.S. labor laws and compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEOC) with an understanding of Illinois-specific regulations.
    • Ability to analyze HR metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
    • Plus: Spanish as a second language.
