We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is key to supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role will collaborate with multiple departments to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities


Operational Excellence & Execution

  • Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and goal achievement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide solutions to drive success.

Customer & Stakeholder Focus

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Address issues promptly and work to enhance client or customer experience.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

  • Address challenges proactively and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Adapt to changing business needs with a flexible and solution-oriented approach.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with different departments to align on company initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication between teams to streamline workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Development

  • Support, mentor, and develop team members to foster professional growth.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and performance coaching.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range: $60k/yr - $70k/yr
