We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to help guide the day-to-day operations of HR and support the Office of the CEO. You’ll play a central role in shaping the employee experience, managing core HR functions, coordinating interviews, and supporting office operations onsite.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup setting, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and enjoys building people-first systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, and leave administration.
- Maintain HR systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with employment laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, and offer letter prep.
- Act as a go-to partner for employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, tools, and best practices.
- Support the Office of the CEO with scheduling, internal meeting logistics, and occasional administrative support.Help manage general office operations and team-wide events
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in an HR Generalist, Office Management, Coordination, or similar role, ideally in SaaS or a startup environment.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., TriNet, Greenhouse) and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - A solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to work onsite five days per week and be available on evenings and weekends to assist with moving high priority projects without losing momentum.
Compensation
- Total Compensation is expected to be between $100,000-$140,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
