Bend Health’s collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of everyday life. These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with job postings.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
- Process employment verification requests and maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support the coordination of training and development programs.
- Assist in tracking and reporting HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in payroll-related data.
- Support the administration and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with experience in Rippling preferred.
- Conduct audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in human resources, administration, or a related area.
- Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems, with Rippling preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting employees and enhancing the workplace culture.
