Position Overview:

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, providing administrative support, and assisting in HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing requests and providing timely resolutions and management of HR inbox.
  • Oversee the pre-employment onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and verifying references.
  • Manage termination processes in the HRIS system, ensuring all termination documents are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to provide support on employee relations and HR-related matters.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate HR team schedules, including new hire meetings, HR events, and other activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with experience in Paylocity preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $65,000 / annually

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
