Responsibilities:

The Analyst role will be aligned to our Campus Recruiting & Program Management function and will work closely with our recruiters and program managers to support the delivery of our Early Careers Strategy. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the full end-to-end execution of our hiring processes and programs, providing hands-on experience across various activities and projects that support the recruitment and development of our talent pools.  In this capacity, Analysts will have the opportunity to independently drive select projects and processes while also gaining exposure to the creation and delivery of strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall effectiveness of our campus recruiting and program management efforts.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with recruiters and program managers to execute against outlined strategy inclusive of end-to-end recruitment processes and early careers program delivery.

  • Support the execution of campus recruiting related activity and programming, inclusive of, but not limited to, on-campus event delivering, in-office event management, interview scheduling, career center engagement, internship programming, candidate relationship management.

  • Support the execution of program management related activity and programming, inclusive of, but not limited to, in-office event delivery, feedback process execution, placement processes, and performance management.

  • Attend and help deliver Summer Analyst and Full Time Analyst training programs and continuous learning trainings for new hires. Inclusive of, but not limited to, identifying and scheduling speakers, partnering with internal events team on logistics, creating training materials, facilitating sessions.

  • Liaise with candidates and business stakeholders regarding recruiting and program management activity, serve as a point of contact for allocated tasks and working groups.  Facilitate events independently as needed.   Execute on work in line with firms’ policies and guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 6 months+ of experience working in an HR environment; experience in Financial Services is helpful but not critical

  • Understanding of the campus recruiting and / or program management lifecycle and activities

  • Strong ability to multitask while adhering to timelines and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and experience in maintaining data integrity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and projects independently to support varying stakeholders

  • Desire to learn about HR and early careers

  • Comfort executing processes end-to-end with minimal oversight

  • Experience and proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint  

  • Strong team player; willing to work independently and in a team

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and with a “can-do” attitude

  • High level of professionalism

Expected annual base salary range:

$82,000 - $100,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
