Job Description:
In this role you will be the BU HRBP for Broadcom's largest software business unit located at our Palo Alto campus.
You will be a strategic partner, delivering value and contributing to human capability for both internal and external stakeholders. You will make change and transformation happen. You will understand workforce trends and employee sentiment and you will balance the employee and business needs and provide our leaders with objective feedback. You will also provide the foundational support to ensure that there is seamless execution on operational tasks that are transactional in nature that support the business and our employees.
The essential HR competencies required to be successful as a business partner at Broadcom are: Business Acumen, Strategic Agility, Change Agility, Data Analytics, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Influencing and Courage.
You will utilize all of these skills working closely with the Business Unit General Manager in leading their sustainable franchises to business success.
Position Requirements
-Twelve plus years of Human Resources experience.
-Bachelor's Degree in HR related field or equivalent.
-Proven experience managing employee relations and related Legal processes
-Ability to develop and understand HR analytics and related systems (Workday).
-Demonstrated capability to work both independently and as part of a corporate team.
-Ability to manage ambiguity and confrontation in equal measures.
-Full time onsite presence

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $182,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
