Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid or Remote with occasional travel)
Job Summary
Precision Imaging Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare company committed to delivering exceptional clarity and superior care in imaging and diagnostics. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our employees and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Reporting to the COO, this role balances strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement (50% in-office, 50% remote), with consideration for outstanding fully remote candidates who can travel occasionally.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning:
Align HR strategies with company objectives to support growth and enhance employee engagement and retention. -
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and talent management to attract and retain top talent. Propose competitive pay and benefits strategies. -
Performance Management:
Implement performance evaluation processes, goal-setting initiatives, and improvement plans to drive accountability and excellence. -
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns and fostering an inclusive workplace culture built on respect and open communication. -
Training & Development:
Create and deliver employee training programs that support skill-building, career growth, and a culture of continuous learning. -
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures. Stay updated on regulations and mitigate risks effectively. -
HR Administration:
Manage HR systems and administrative tasks, including benefits, records, FMLA, EEO reporting, and unemployment documentation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree/HR certifications preferred).

10+ years of progressive HR experience.

Expertise in HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Jacksonville region.

(Preferred) Experience managing workplace safety programs and OSHA compliance.
