Job Description: The Human Resources Director will work closely with the leadership team to oversee and enhance the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, engagement, professional development, payroll and offboarding. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise in human resources functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning
- Employee Data Management:
- Collect and maintain HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, payroll, and more.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance by regularly updating information in the HRIS (ADP) and conducting and/or participating in audits.
- Process Improvements:
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and employee satisfaction across all divisions and levels of the organizaitons
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new HR policies and procedures
- Stay up to date on the latest legal and compliance matters ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop competitive compensation structures based on internal and external equity and research
- Work closely with all brokers to implement and oversee benefit programs and identify enhancements to support employee well-being.
- Process employee information, including benefits enrollment, employment records, and HR reporting.
- Prepare internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies and activities.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, maintaining a positive experience for departing employees.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support hiring managers by scheduling interviews, maintaining communications with candidates, and managing job postings.
- Utilize the ATS (Greenhouse) and source passive candidates to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations/Engagement:
- Champion company culture, values and diversity initiatives
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR policy questions.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate solutions aligned with company policies.
- Conduct Employee roundtables and engagmenet sessions
- Responsible for Employee Engagement initatives and activies
- Performance and Talent Management
- Ensure all job descriptions are kept up to date
- Develop training and development plans for employees based on business needs and individual interest
- Conduct succession management exercise to ensure proper development of employees in key positions
- Responsible for identifying and executing the training and development calendar based on business and indivual needs
- Responsible for implementing and executing performance management discussions and documents
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR-focused position, including experience in benefits, payroll, onboarding, and recruiting.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems.
- Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Occassional Travel may be required

Physical Demands:
- Must remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time.
