You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot’s marketing hub and related functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with related marketing tools and CRMs is desirable.
- Proficiency in English.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring strategies.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing HubSpot's analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
- Maintain and segment contact databases to ensure personalized and targeted communication strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content tailored for automated campaigns.
- Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other marketing or sales tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and HubSpot functionalities.
