Job Description:
We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Contractor to manage and optimize our HubSpot environment. This role requires expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and inbound marketing to drive performance and improve lead conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to align with sales and marketing processes.
- Implement marketing automation, workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Create custom dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to internal teams.
- Train teams on HubSpot best practices and maintain data accuracy.
- Monitor HubSpot performance and recommend improvements.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
- Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills within HubSpot.
- Knowledge of API integrations and data synchronization.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for customizing templates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
- HubSpot certifications (CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub) preferred.
- Experience with third-party integrations (Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
HubSpot Certification (CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub) is mandatory.
