What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in South Australia supporting our Delivery Team. This role is critical to the delivery a key telecommunication fibre infrastructure project across SA, WA and VIC. You will be required to work locally and remotely for periods of time.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Assist with implementation of Fulton Hogan health and safety systems and strategies

  • Provide health and safety specialist advice, technical and management support

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuries

  • Support managers and supervision in activities towards a positive health and safety culture

  • Coordinate and manage audit programs

  • Establishing and implementation of procedures for safety/risk management and emergencies.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Relevant Qualification in Health and Safety

  • Relevant experience in the construction industry

  • Ability to function unsupervised, working to tight deadlines

  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel

  • Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
