OUR CONTEXT
Global Business App is the technological ally of Edenred’s Business services. Regarding HR topics, we collaborate with the functional HRIS team to develop and monitor the roadmap of our group HRIS platform: Workday. This tool is operational in 46 countries and allows the deployment of HR best practices throughout the organization. More specifically, our technical team oversees the integration of Workday with other group applications, focusing on local payroll and absence management systems. Additionally, it assumes full responsibility for all security-related aspects. The team has deployed 45 integrations, including 10 for payroll, 13 for absence, 5 for recruitment, as well as other group integrations such as travel, finance, user access management, compliance, etc.
YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
As an HRIS IT Project Manager, you are responsible for the Workday Integration module and, more generally, the main point of contact for all IT aspects of the solution. You work with a team of 2 developers based at Edenred Digital Center (Bucharest, Romania), as well as with our partner Mercer, who configures and develops certain projects. You manage the projects, ensure their proper execution and adherence to deadlines. You are a true coordinator and are in contact with many stakeholders from different backgrounds in an international context.
You are in charge of:

Managing the Integration module

Managing the team’s workload

Managing the integration roadmap

Preparing and monitoring the budget

Managing integration projects: pre-study, design, implementation, end-to-end tests, deployment, management, planning, risk monitoring

Coordinating all involved teams (HRIS IT, HRIS, local HR, local IT, supplier, support)

Communicating on project progress and raising alerts if necessary

Supporting our partner Mercer on projects and ticket resolution

Proposing improvements for existing integrations
-
Configuring the tool, e.g., creating mappings, adding integration steps in business processes, updating calculated fields, creating reports

Updating project documentation

Resolving connectivity tickets

Analyzing integration incidents
-
Monitoring ongoing tickets and their indicators in Jira

Supporting the HRIS IT team in improving its skills

Keeping up with technological advancements and following Workday releases

Ensuring compliance with the group’s security policy

Participating in tenders, pre-studies, projects, and evolutions of other back-office tools
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
You have at least 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, including Workday experience (Report, HCM, and/or Integration modules). You are used to working in an international context and coordinating teams from different departments.
