The Edenred Group’s HRIS team composed of 5 members and reporting to the Group HR team, is recruiting an HRIS functional expert (M/F) for the Recruitment module primarily.

1. Continuous improvements:

  • Lead and execute improvement initiatives related to the Workday Recruitment module & Career page, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, user experience, and overall system functionality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BPO (recruitment & employer branding), IT, and other relevant stakeholders, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.

  • Conduct regular assessments of the Workday Recruitment system to identify areas for optimization, ensuring that the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.

  • Implement configuration changes, updates, and enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in system configuration, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the Workday Recruitment module.

  • Communicate system changes, updates, and best practices to end-users and relevant teams, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new features.

  • Build reports and dashboards to enhance the ability for recruiters and HR operations to follow-up the “Attract” KPIs.

2. Day-to-day support to operations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our worldwide SPOC community, by analyzing and resolving issues related to the Recruitment module and processes.

  • Work closely with end-users and support teams to address system-related challenges promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a positive user experience.

  • Maintain organized documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing inquiries and ensuring optimal utilization of the system.

  • Foster strong collaboration with HR stakeholders to understand recruitment processes and align system capabilities accordingly.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience as a Workday expert, with a focus on the Recruitment module. Knowledge of Core HR or Learning modules is an appreciated plus.

  • Ideally with a background in HR/HRIS Consulting

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, and optimization.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful participation in HRIS projects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

  • English is the everyday used language.
