We are looking for an experienced HRIS Change Analyst to drive the delivery of effective system and process changes within our HR landscape. You will manage change and release, leveraging agile and waterfall methodologies to support HR systems and operations. A key focus of the role will be identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance innovation, and improve operational efficiency, contributing to a high-performance culture.

The role reports to our Lead HRIS Consultant for Change. You will work closely alongside four other HRIS Change Analysts and the wider HR systems team. A key part of this role will involve liaising and engaging with Configuration Analysts, SaaS partners, and DLG technology partners.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Change Delivery: Plan, execute, and oversee HR system changes, ensuring detailed analysis, clear documentation, rigorous testing, and alignment with stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.

  • Testing Management: Lead integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing, designing comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts while coordinating with internal and external teams.

  • AI Innovation: Stay updated on emerging AI and machine learning trends, assessing their relevance to HR systems, and lead the trial and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and streamline operations.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR configuration teams, SaaS providers, and technology partners to ensure system readiness, manage testing environments, and facilitate change meetings.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify efficiency opportunities, implement innovative practices, and support ongoing compliance through regular audits and process reviews. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure clarity and alignment.

What you'll need:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, proficient in SaaS-based HR systems, and substantial experience in managing change and release frameworks. Skilled in testing lifecycle management and comfortable with both agile and waterfall methodologies.

  • Effectively gather requirements & functional specifications to support change requests/project requirements.

  • Analyse HR business requirements and functional system and process design documentation to develop all aspects of the test cycle, including, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and detailed test scripts. Conduct and manage relevant test cycles.

  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies, with the ability to evaluate and implement new tools to enhance HR operations.

  • Able to translate complex technical details into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders while addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
