As a member of our global People team, the HRIS Analyst will contribute to a high-performing group that supports the successful operations of both the People team and its complementary teams at Entrata. This individual will be crucial in advancing the HR Information Systems roadmap, leveraging data to uncover actionable insights, configuring and enhancing our HRIS platform, and applying investigation and troubleshooting skills to optimize processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR systems administration, configuration, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Oversee daily operations of the HR tech stack, encompassing user management, security permissions, and system troubleshooting.
- Maintain system integrity and data accuracy by educating HR stakeholders, conducting routine audits, and applying corrective actions.
- Develop both ad hoc and regular reporting to fulfill HR stakeholder requirements.
- Utilize data visualization tools/analytics platforms to manage, modify, integrate, visualize, and present People team data effectively.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to produce actionable insights.
- Leverage data to reveal insights and connect them to strategic goals, creating a compelling narrative.
- Customize and configure HR systems and modules to align with organizational workflows, policies, and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into system enhancements or configurations.
- Work with HRIS stakeholders to plan, modify, and customize the HR technology stack and test new applications and features.
- Evaluate current system utilization and suggest enhancements, such as training and customization, to maximize the HRIS's value and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and allied teams to examine current workflows and suggest system upgrades or process optimizations.
- Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure systems' data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis platform. Expertise with Domo is a strong plus.
- 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clean and interpret complex data sets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HRIS platform structures, functions, and processes - experience with ADP, Lever, Domo, Qualtrics, or Emtrain is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Adept at working independently while also thriving as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various functional areas.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
