About the Role
We're building a best-in-class HRIS team to support our growing organization, and we need a Workday Innovator to join our ranks. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving strategic enhancements to our Workday platform and championing Lean process improvements across the HR function. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design cutting-edge solutions, and leverage data analytics to tell compelling stories that inform decision-making. This role is an onsite 4 days a week role in Burlington, MA
A Day in the Life
- Participate in the identification and implementation of enhancements to our Workday platform, always seeking opportunities to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Execute the Workday roadmap, developing a Lean Process framework, maximizing system ROI, and improving efficiency across the HR function
- Partner with HR and business leaders to analyze current processes, identify areas for redesign and automation, and define requirements for streamlined solutions
- Design and configure Workday solutions, leveraging advanced features, automation, and potential AI functionalities to meet evolving business needs and enhance efficiency
- Develop and deliver compelling data visualizations and dashboards, using storytelling techniques to communicate insights and inform strategic decision-making
- Research, evaluate, and implement new Workday modules and features, with a focus on automation and waste reduction
- Manage projects and redesign processes, leveraging Workday's capabilities to minimize manual effort and maximize efficiency
- Partner with the Workday community and external resources to stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and technologies to inform our long-term HRIS strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business Administration, IT/IS, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday or over 7 years of expert-level experience with another top-tier HRIS system
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement
- A data storyteller who can translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
- A continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to process excellence
- Prior experience leading projects and managing change is highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Workday Studio is a plus, but not required
