The purpose of this role is to support the HR effectiveness strategy, deliver the global operational and change approach and support the successful implementation and embedding of HR transformation. This will include stakeholder management, appropriate and relevant HR effectiveness activities and other support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end change requests / releases / project delivery; including change, risk and resource management throughout the lifecycle
  • Ensure delivery is being run with appropriate governance to mitigate the risk of cost or time overruns or failure to meet the target objectives and key stakeholder needs
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects and changes across the platform
  • Work with stakeholders across APAC markets, confirming changes requirements.
  • Review team solution proposal ensuring alignment with design principles
  • Responsible for team deliverables ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Responsible to ensure accuracy of technical landscape document(s)
  • Be aware of upcoming Workday releases and identify solutions applicable for APAC
  • Work with central technical team to manage scheduled Workday releases
  • Prepare metrices which identify data discrepancies and improvements; work across HRE team to drive the necessary improvements
  • Review project deliverables ensuring alignment with governance framework
  • Prepare overall portfolio statuses and present where necessary
  • Work across HRE team to identify improvement opportunities and work closely with relevant regional and global teams ensuring delivery
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders (HRDs, People Services and where required)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, of which > 5 years in managing project delivery
  • Demonstrable track record of managing portfolio with multiple projects and changes to HR platforms to ensure successful delivery
  • Experience in developing and advocating Project Management frameworks and methodologies and are able to drive adoption in the organization
  • Expert knowledge and experience managing BAU releases and project delivery and governance
  • Experience in managing HRIS implementation specifically Workday is a must
  • Industry Project Management certifications (PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP/Prince2), Scrum Master Certifications will be an added advantage
  • Outstanding leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills; have experience in managing teams in various capacities.
