The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As an HR Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop an HR team, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and support for achieving team goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process enhancements, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
• Employee Relations Management: Act as a trusted point of contact for escalated employee concerns, ensuring issues are addressed effectively and in line with company policies and country specifics.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with HR leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of HR initiatives.
• Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess impact and recommend improvements.

Your Skills and Expertise
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in leading HR team in corporate environment
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR-related field
• Proficiency in English

Work location:

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the office in Wroclaw at least 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
