Your to-do list:

  • Job posting and ATS managing
  • CV Screening 
  • Organization of Candidates Assessment 
  • Planning and managing interviews with the Hiring Managers
  • Participating to Universities and Business Schools career days and events 
  • Managing HR tools and platforms
  • Updating reports
  • Managing internships' new activations, extensions and terminations
  • Cooperating with the HR Administration office for the hiring documents preparation

Publicis Groupe is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant (Internship) for its Milan offices!

Qualifications

If you have:

  • a great interest in the HR and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
  • fluent Italian & English
  • good knowledge of the the Office Suite, Excel in particular
  • an academic background in HR or similar (nice-to-have)

If you are:

  • able to relate with people with different backgrounds and seniority
  • eager to learn about the HR field
  • people-oriented 
  • a problem-solver
  • willing to work in fast-paced and hectic environment
