What you’ll do ​& Who you are

Our mobile.de team in Berlin is looking for a HR System Administrator (d/f/m) who will be part of the Business Systems and Integration Team. You will manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure the efficient operation of HR processes. You will oversee system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to HR staff and employees.

The HR System Administrator will work with the HR team using technology to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.

What You'll Do

Business Requirements:

  • Work with HR and other departments to gather and analyze our requirements related to HRIS.

  • Translate needs into technical specifications and system configurations.

  • Ensure that HRIS solutions align with our strategy and goals.

System Maintenance, Support and Training:

  • Manage the HRIS, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS queries, addressing issues related to data integrity, report generation, and system functionality.

  • Configure changes in system according to requirements, performing testing to ensure accurate implementations.

  • Identify design improvements, recommending and implementing changes to optimize system performance.

  • Lead training efforts for employees and managers on system functionality.

Data Management & Reporting :

  • Develop self-service reports and dashboards in the system to ensure seamless reporting.

  • Help with mass updates on HRIS for employee data changes, including conducting necessary audits and verifications.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

  • Manage user access and permissions within the HRIS.

  • Maintain system documentation and procedures.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR System Administrator or similar role.

  • Translate complex business challenges and develop impactful solutions.

  • Translate technical concepts and complex insights to non-technical partners, ensuring agreement and understanding.

  • Experience working in agile environments

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both, German (C1) and English
