WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The HR Staffing Consultant is a key member of the EMEA Talent Solution team, operating within the ELC People Solutions team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders, including People Solutions consultants and managers and the Firstline Teammate Experience Services team. Additionally, you will work in close partnership with Business HR, HR Centres of Excellence and Business Leadership to drive strategic hiring initiatives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The HR Staffing Consultant will be a key point of contact and subject matter expert for all staffing-related topics. This role will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to support the dynamic and a fast-paced challenging environment of our Distribution operations. The successful candidate will be able to drive recruitment processes, analyze data, provide actionable insights and recommendations and develop procedures to drive recruitment efforts forward.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent project management skills, a high level of accuracy, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication skills to effectively work with various stakeholders:

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team. As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating recruitment processes, providing advice and guidance to managers and HR colleagues, and developing and analyzing workforce data.

Responsibilities:

  • You will create and coordinate quarterly recruitment processes, including project and stakeholder management, data tracking and processing.
  • You will serve as an escalation point for HR professionals, managers, and employees regarding complex cases and various questions.
  • You will provide advice and guidance to managers, HR colleagues, and others on topics such as recruitment, future employment or termination of employment.
  • You will develop, report, and analyze workforce data to support strategic, tactical, or practical purposes or formal consultation bodies.
  • You will co-facilitate training programs for Nike management and others regarding local staffing processes.
  • You will collaborate with the People Solutions team and managers to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions to minimize risks.
  • You will stay up to date with legislation and data analytical tools and reporting instruments.
