The Human Resources team support the entire HR needs of the business, working across all functions, delivering real value to the business through expertise.
The EMEA HR Operations team provide dedicated support to our EMEA Teammates throughout their employee lifecycle. The team strive to provide a first-class service; analysing processes, leveraging technology and providing automation across our systems to ensure our services are efficient, accurate and consistent.
The HR Specialist will work closely with the wider HR team to provide a seamless and robust service to directors, managers and teammates. The role will cover all aspects of administrative duties and also provide HR advice and guidance to the business. In addition, the role also supports the Talent Acquisition and Development teams by facilitating and managing the onboarding experience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration
• Maintain all teammate files and records (both manual and electronic). Ensuring files and data are accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Be the central point of communication for the HR function, providing support and information to managers and teammates on HR policies, processes and best practice.
• Manage the HR inboxes (where applicable) ensuring all internal and external queries are actioned within the agreed SLA, escalating where required.
• Responsible for managing in country terms & conditions changes, updating all necessary systems/departments and producing supporting documentation accordingly.
• Accurately manage the monthly payroll in line with country requirements .
• Produce weekly, monthly and adhoc reports as requested by the business including headcount, leavers, compensation, talent development and attrition.
• Manage the leavers process in accordance with company guidelines and local legislation.• Manage all absence processes by working with managers and wider HR team to ensure all information is correctly logged in line with the absence policy.
• Administer and manage all local benefits as required.
• Engage with & support the Senior HR Specialist with process improvement initiatives and automation.
Onboarding
• Be responsible for and coordinate offer management, new hire start dates and inductions ensuring quality and consistency by working closely with local HR teams.
• Ensure the HR system is updated, detailed records are maintained and all new hires are inducted smoothly.
• Ensure due diligence is carried out for all new hires including references and background checks in line with local company guidelines.
• Successfully complete the internal SOX audit and external KPMG audit in the time frames detailed upon issue. Ensure you remain up to date with legislation and best practice and where necessary, make recommendations on business compliance.
• Support with delivery of new hire induction training across EMEA.
