Job Description
We are searching for a thorough and responsible HR Responsible (Front Office) to join our Hub,
- Support our international colleagues with handling different kind of HR transactional and organizational activities with the respective country specific legal requirement,
- Being the first contact responsible of HR related topics
- Handles and answers employee's questions concerning policies, benefits, vacation, wages and other inquiries
- Responsible to seek improved ways and methods to better serve customers, external and internal
- Helps support staffing process
- Supports change management initiatives of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required
- Good command of English
- Ability to work independently with some regular guidance
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
