Job Description
The HR Project Manager, Enterprise HR Processes will plan and implement process improvement projects across the Human Resources team. You will focus on enhancing efficiency, reducing manual tasks, and optimizing HR operations. An important aspect of your work will involve establishing partnerships across the HR team to ensure success of each project. You will report to our Manager Enterprise HR Processes and be work out of our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage HR process improvement projects from beginning to completion, ensuring delivery. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans, and managing project resources.
- Process Analysis: Partner with other teams and current process owners to conduct analysis of HR processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Use data-driven approaches to evaluate process performance and collaboratively identify causes of issues.
- Solution Design: Collaborate across the HR teams to design and implement solutions that improve HR processes. This may involve using technology, redesigning workflows, and implementing best practices.
- Change Management: Develop comprehensive change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. This includes communicating changes to partners, providing training, and addressing any resistance to change.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with HR partners to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep partners informed and engaged.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR team members on new processes and tools. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure successful implementation.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR project management, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. Experience in a similar role within a large organization
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce.
- Professional qualifications in project management
- Experience with HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, process automation tools, and project management methodologies.
