What you are going to do

As an HR Project and Communication Support, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR projects and communication strategies. Concurrently, you will be responsible for the coordination and follow-up of the annual engagement survey. In this role, as HR Project and communication support, you are responsible for:

  • Supporting portfolio management and various projects on the HR roadmap ensuring a smooth execution and timely completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between team members
  • You will also assist in tracking project progress and resolving any issues that arise
  • Coordination of the Employee engagement survey (Peakon): conducting the survey, reporting on progress, analysing results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR leadership
  • Contributing in developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience within the organisation. You collaborate with various departments to create a culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of change management strategies and communication plans to ensure smooth transitions
  • Working closely with different stakeholders to ensure that HR objectives are met and that employees are involved in the changes

Who you are

  • Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Three to five years relevant experience in project/communication support
  • Strong project support skills, communicatively strong and with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Knowledge of, or affinity with, change management (e.g., PROSCI methodology) is preferred
  • Able to work in a dynamic and international environment
  • Solid understanding of the wider HR workfield (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of data and analytics
  • Fluent in English (and preferably Dutch)

Who you will work with

The HR Strategy & Change team consists of specialists on portfolio & projects, change & transformation, communication, employee experience and sustainability. The team is responsible for building, managing, accelerating and monitoring our HR strategy.

The team works together closely with other HR Centers of Expertise (Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward), HR shared services, the broader HR Community (both NL and International), and with a wide variety of other stakeholders within NN – such as Strategy, Corporate Relations and the various business units.
