Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Global HR Core Process Consultant will develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of processes within Human Resources departments, conduct continuous improvement activities with medium project cost and risk, and manage initiatives with less defined processes across multiple locations. You will also engage with key stakeholders to align process solutions with business needs and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and implement continuous improvement best practices.
- Develop and handle continuous improvement plans for projects with low cost and risk to reach and sustain project goals.
- Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business needs.
- Design and document end-to-end HR processes by working directly with HR teams to understand workflows and pain points, and translate them into structured, technology-supported procedures.
- Evaluate, update, and optimize existing processes within HR systems (such as SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement within HR, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum
- At least 4 years of proven experience in process design, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Certifications in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SIG).
- Demonstrated experience working with HR-related processes, including process mapping, analysis, and implementation.
- Advanced English level - both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in multinational environments.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors, especially in process configuration, optimization, or implementation within HR systems.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields in technology or operations.
- Experience in HR digital transformation initiatives, including the reengineering or automation of HR processes.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
