We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR administrative processes and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers. Based in our Prague Hub, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers and HR colleagues for the Central & Eastern Europe region. A successful team member will be very detail oriented, possess a problem-solving mindset and a keen interest in improving existing processes.
You would be responsible for:
• Providing HR transaction support for core HR processes, including hiring, terminations, job changes, tuition reimbursement, and benefits administration
• Updating and maintain employee records in Workday; create and deliver HR reports, maintain personnel files
• Resolving requests through ServiceNow case management system, striving for first contact resolution
• Actively building and developing the HR Knowledge Base to help People Services colleagues perform duties with efficiency and high quality
• Participating in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency
• Applying sound judgement and discretion with sensitive information
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you;
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of experience in Human Resources field
• Proficiency in English as our core language, with one other major European language to support our various markets
• Ability to complete HR processes and transactions in multiple systems successfully and simultaneously
• Experience understanding and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Familiarity with and understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Experience with HR and case management systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow)
• Ability to assist others in understanding new processes and influence them to try new ways of working
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks and reacting quickly to problems and issues.
