HR Operations Intern

Reports To: Director, Human Resources
Duration: 20-30 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Human Resource. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about Human Resources Operations while contributing to real-world projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and file organization.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
- Contribute to organizing of HR files, and software data entry tasks.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas.
- Carry out any other relevant duties that align with the internship role.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (undergraduate or graduate) in Human Resources or Business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills by efficiently managing tasks.
- Ability to commit to internship duration.

Compensation: $25.00 / hourly rate
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
