Why we're hiring:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Support Specialist to join our People Team and contribute to the efficient management of our data. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Enter and update data in databases and maintain accurate records. 
  • Adhere to SLAs for data change requests. 
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure data is captured and updated in our system of record.  
  • Prepare excel workbooks for bulk uploads.  
  • Verify accuracy of data by comparing it with source documents and highlight any discrepancies. 
  • Identify and correct errors in data, ensuring its integrity and reliability. 
  • Create and maintain proper documentation for data entry processes and procedures. 
  • Generate and provide regular reports on data entry activities to the relevant stakeholders. 
  • Perform routine checks on data for completeness and correctness across global population. 
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 
  • Work closely with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy. 

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in data entry or related roles. 
  • Attention to detail, data support, data management.
  • Excellent Excel skills. 
  • Organizational skills and task prioritisation. 
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with data entry software and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. 
  • Understanding of the importance of handling sensitive and confidential information. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
