Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline administrative processes within the HR department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Handle travel reservations for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain hiring documents and personnel records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Administer and assist employees with enrollment in medical insurance plans and other benefits programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and databases.

Ideal Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 Proven experience in HR administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Linguistic Skills: English - Arabic
  • Computer Skills:  Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Arrangements

  • Shifts: 1 shift per day
  • Shift Timing: from 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Days Off: 2 days per week (Fri, Sat)
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
  • On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
