HR OFFICER
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Working as part of a supportive and hard-working HR Team, this role will be based at the Sales & Marketing Branch in Langar. Reporting into the HR Manager, and being part of a shared HR service centre, this role will support other John Deere units in the UK and Ireland, there will therefore be requirement for regular travel across the UK and Ireland.

Do you have a proven track record of helping and supporting Line Managers and Employees with resolving Human Resources issues?
Can you use your eye for detail and experience of HR policy and application of relevant Employment law to assist Managers in ensuring that all Employee Relations issues are dealt with appropriately?
This role will cover the following generalist aspects of HR:
- Assist and support managers and employees in resolving Human Resource issues
- Support Global, Regional and Local HR processes / procedures in the major HR areas such as Talent Acquisition Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Safety, Health & Well-being, legal compliance and employee communications
- Participate in staffing and workforce planning activities such as establishing job requirements, candidate selection and interviewing for various levels of responsibility
- Advise and guide managers on the application of HR / Company Policies and procedures
- Collect and analyse information and data to make appropriate decisions
- Conduct / coordinate delivery of training courses utilizing both internal and external resources
- Participate in and/or lead projects to achieve the unit / site HR strategic and tactical goals
- Work with Regional colleagues on Regional HR Projects
