Job Description:

  • Supporting the HR department in current tasks (providing feedback, taking care of new hires);
  • Ensuring proper flow of the information within the company;
  • Coordinating mail flow in and out of office;
  • Managing the visitors book and giving out security passes;
  • Performing ad hoc tasks in the office;
  • Supporting the management team;
  • Producing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets and other documentation as required.

We expect from applicants:

  • Very good command of English (written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Organized, flexible and able to work under time pressure;
  • Compliance with UPS policy;
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills;
  • At least 6 month employment track at current position in GBS (for internal candidates only);
  • Experience on a similar position will be an advantage.
