Job Responsibilities:• Organizes, coordinates, and controls the work of the human resources department; • Organizes the implementation of the general director's decisions regarding: employee recruitment and employment contract conclusion, reassignment to other jobs, issuing warnings for contract termination, making decisions on contract termination, work schedule, redistribution of working hours, monthly performance evaluation of department directors, as well as all other rights and obligations related to the application of the Labor Law (annual leave, paid or unpaid leave, maternity leave, child care, severance pay, protection of disabled persons, jubilee awards, New Year's gifts for children, company anniversary celebrations, and other rights); • Monitors the organization of work in all departments, sectors, units, and plants, from the standpoint of proper application of the Labor Law; • Advises department directors on the procedure for implementing decisions that determine the rights and obligations of employees, for better human resource management in the organizational units they manage; • Organizes the implementation of decisions by the factory director or general director regarding: announced internal and external job vacancies, selection of candidates for vacant positions, or reassignment of employees to other suitable jobs; • Prepares a staffing plan with criteria/job requirements and necessary personality profiles for performing a specific job; • Conducts interviews for employee recruitment; • Conducts interviews with potential candidates and checks completed knowledge, skills, and general education tests, prepares candidate proposals for selection, submits them to the factory director for decision-making, and informs candidates about the selection; • Monitors legal regulations related to labor relations; • Creates and implements a method for maintaining work discipline in the company; • Timely provides department directors with necessary elements for creating an annual leave plan for the department they manage; • Issues decisions on the use of annual leave based on agreed positions between employees and the director of a specific department, according to the general director's decision on the timing of use; • Organizes the collection and preparation of monthly attendance reports for all employees by organizational units and takes legal actions based on them in accordance with the law and the general director's decision; • Daily monitors and reports to the factory general director on the expiration of fixed-term employment contracts; • Participates in the implementation of the general director's decision on reassigning employees to other jobs due to work process needs and better work organization, based on the proposal of a specific department director; • Organizes timely submission of employee registration and deregistration with the relevant fund in accordance with the law; • Organizes the validation of health insurance booklets for all employees; • Conducts mediation procedures in case of initiating a procedure for protection against harassment; • Collects and processes required monthly department reports and submits them to the factory general director; • Monitors all legal regulations related to the application of the Labor Law and regularly informs the general director and factory director about changes; • Communicates with the company's legal representative on all legal matters; • Collaborates with universities and other educational institutions regarding the organization of student internships; • Plans and participates in seminars, job fairs, and employment events in the area of responsibility; • Organizes and leads: educational center, professional training, specializations, and other forms of professional development, based on the proposal of department directors; • Organizes and implements employee motivation plans and bonus systems at the factory level; • Proposes ways to reward employees; • Organizes and conducts employee surveys on business climate and organizational culture, as well as other surveys if required by the job; • Serves as a contact person with local authorities (unemployed individuals, press...); • Timely informs the director about any reason for absence from work, as well as the work of employees in their department, and implements the decision upon obtaining approval; • Is obliged to evaluate the work of employees in their department and report monthly in writing to the factory director, as well as to inform the factory director in writing about the activities and tasks performed in the department; • Makes proposals to the factory general director for decisions on extending fixed-term employment contracts in justified and objective circumstances; • Timely submits the annual leave plan for the current year to the factory director for all employees in their department, ensuring continuity of work and business at all positions; • Is obliged to educate, professionally train, and improve their work skills; • Is obliged to be familiar with the operation and functioning of the business support information system; • Prepares monthly reports on their activities and work, and the activities of the department, and submits them; • Is responsible for their work procedures; • Is obliged to implement occupational safety and health measures; • Is obliged to use personal protective equipment and gear; • Is obliged to keep their workplace tidy; • Is obliged to keep all business information strictly confidential.
