Bosch Thermoteknik AB develops, manufactures and sells a complete range of heat pumps. Our main focus lies in the development of energy-efficient products with particular focus on renewable energy. We are about 700 employees in Tranås. Our most famous brands are Bosch and IVT. We work with sustainable simplification of everyday life where the focus is on the environment, innovation, and development. In Tranås, there is a production unit and a competence and development center. The heat pumps we manufacture draw energy from different sources - the mountain, the water, or the air. Job Description
Your contribution to something big
As an HR Manager, you lead the development and delivery of HR strategies and support the leaders in the management team with talent and organizational development. The HR team, as a business partner, proactively creates value and delivers results for the business. To achieve this, we guide our customers through clearly defined people- and business-related HR topics, acting as a trusted partner in collaboration with leaders and associates.
Your leadership will shape the development of HR processes and the HR organization, consisting of HR Business Partners, Leadership Coaches, and the Payroll team. In this role, you’ll build and manage positive relationships across cross-functional departments, including Engineering, Supply Chain/Plant, Commercial, and Sales & Marketing functions. We value teamwork and inclusivity, and you’ll be at the heart of fostering a collaborative environment.
You will contribute to the overall Bosch/HC HR agenda in collaboration with regional and divisional HR.
As part of the local leadership board, you will drive the development of the employer brand for the Tranås location, positioning it as an Employer of Choice, while embedding the global People & Organization strategy into the local business strategy.
In your responsibility, together with the team:
- Derive the local People & Organization strategy to translate business requests into concrete and effective HR measures. Drive the culture change agenda.
- Consult on leadership topics (leading myself, my people, my business) and actively develop and enable leaders.
- Support reorganization efforts and act as a change agent for organizational performance and measures. Accompany talents on their learning and development journey.
- Negotiate and maintain trustful relationships with unions and provide legal advice to leaders. Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the legal framework.
- Support the business in decision-making by continuously providing relevant HR data and insights to the management team on people metrics.
- Ensure a high-quality and accurate payroll process for all Bosch entities in Sweden.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- A university degree or equivalent education, combined with experience in Human Resources.
- Experience, ideally as a senior HR generalist/executive/manager, with a track record of leading and developing an HR team, including Payroll.
- Extensive practical experience and success in leadership development, organizational design, core HR processes, and working in an international matrixed business environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and proven ability to develop consultative relationships with leaders, including influencing decision-makers to think strategically and critically.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and respond to HR and company metrics, with a focus on stakeholder requirements and delivering results.
- Advanced knowledge of Swedish labour law is required. Knowledge of other Nordic labour laws is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
