As an HR Manager at FE fundinfo, you will have the opportunity to drive employee engagement and foster a thriving, diverse, and inclusive work culture. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative HR practices and policies, collaborating with various departments to support the employee lifecycle, and leading wellbeing initiatives. This role offers growth opportunities, exciting projects, and the chance to make a significant impact on our organization.

This is a hybrid position, available on a full-time OR part time basis (80%).

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities as an HR Manager will include:

  • Providing HR support and advice to managers on legal, compliance, compensation, and benefits issues.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including handling challenging situations and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensuring all HR practices and policies comply with local, state, and federal labour laws.
  • Tracking HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborating with functional HR Business Partners on the annual performance management and reward cycle.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and completing recruitment processes as needed.

Experience and Skills: You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Manager:

  • You must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • You will have proven experience in a similar position and working with remote teams.
  • You must have proven experience in HR Management in the Luxembourg region.
  • You should be comfortable using Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookup
  • You must have proficiency in business English and French.
  • You should have excellent organisational skills, understanding of priorities, and attention to detail.
  • You must possess strong stakeholder management skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You will have confidence to communicate at all levels and across different regions, in- and outside the organization.
